We support most modern browsers, but please make sure your browser is running the latest version. Please see this article for more details about browser versions.
Below is a list of the browsers supported by our platform and how to set Google Chrome as your default browser.

1. Install Google Chrome on your device.
2. Open Google Chrome and click the three dots in the top right corner and select Settings.
3. Search the list of options on the left and click Default browser. Select Make default and by clicking it your preferences are saved.
4. Select Google Chrome and close the window. Google Chrome is now your default browser.
Display of date & time
Depending on the setting of your language and region of your Operating System and/or browser, the date and time format will be displayed accordingly.
For Mac Users:
System-Based Format: Date and time will match your macOS system settings.
For Windows Users:

Microsoft Edge
System-Based Format: Date and time follow your Windows system settings.

Google Chrome
Browser Settings: Date and time are displayed according to Chrome's regional settings, which may differ from your system settings.

Mozilla Firefox
Date: Displayed according to Firefox’s language settings.
Time: Follows your Windows system settings.
Whitelist our subdomains
You need to have access to the subdomains of our platform. If one of these are blocked by your system administrator, you may have trouble accessing our platform and our document viewer, as well as uploading and downloading documents.
Please make sure the following subdomains are not blocked in your network:
- https://login.virtualvaults.com
- https://secure.virtualvaults.com
- https://viewer.virtualvaults.com
If you are experiencing issues, ask your IT department to add the above domains to your company's whitelist.
Office 365 viewer
The Microsoft Office 365 viewer uses three domains. If one of those is blocked by your system administrator, you may have trouble using our Office 365 viewer.

Onboarding
The tooltips within our platform are provided by Userpilot. If one of the domains listed below is blocked by your system administrator, you may have trouble using our onboarding.
