How to have an optimal experience using Virtual Vaults?
Follow the guidelines below to ensure optimal user experience with Virtual Vaults.
Recommended and supported desktop browsers
We support most modern browsers. Find below the list of the browsers supported by our platform and how to set Google Chrome as your default browser.
- Google Chrome (Recommended)
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium based)
- Apple Safari (macOS)
- Mozilla Firefox
|1. Install Google Chrome on your device.|
|2. Open Google Chrome and click the three dots in the top right corner and select Settings.|
|3. Search the list of options on the left and click Default browser. Select Make default and by clicking it your preferences are saved.|
|4. Select Google Chrome and close the window. Google Chrome is now your default browser.|

Virtual Vaults on mobile devices
Virtual Vaults can be used on all mobile phones and tablets (iOS/Android) using the browsers listed below.
- Apple Safari (iOS/iPadOS)
- Chrome for Android
Whitelist our subdomains
You need to have access to the subdomains of our platform. If one of these are blocked by your system administrator, you may have trouble accessing our platform and our document viewer, as well as uploading and downloading documents.
Please make sure the following subdomains are not blocked in your network:
Office 365 viewer
The Microsoft Office 365 viewer uses three domains. If one of those is blocked by your system administrator, you may have trouble using our Office 365 viewer.
The tooltips within our platform are provided by Appcues. If one of the domains listed below is blocked by your system administrator, you may have trouble using our onboarding.
