How to copy permissions from one role to another?
You can save time by copying existing permissions from another role to the current role. This is useful when you want the new role to have the exact same permissions as an existing role.
Note: This feature will overwrite all existing permissions on the Index and Other of the role you're adjusting.
Settings for mass download, watermark, Microsoft Office 365-viewer and activity report need to be adjusted manually.
| 1. Click Set permissions at the role you want to copy existing permissions to and click Copy from role . |
| 2. Click on the drop-down menu and select the role from which you would like to copy the already set content permissions. |
| 3. Click Save to finalize the action. |
