You can quickly set up a new role by copying permissions from an existing one. This saves time and ensures consistency when you want two roles to share the same access levels.
Note: This feature will overwrite all current permissions on the Index and Other of the role you're adjusting, including settings related to mass download, watermark, and activity reports.
1. Click Set permissions at the role you want to copy existing permissions to and click Copy from role.
2. Click on the drop-down menu and select the role from which you would like to copy the already set content permissions.
3. Click Save to finalize the action.
