Admins can reopen the Data Room themselves within 30 days after closing if it still has an active (Non-renewing) subscription.
Please check the status of the subscription (Non-renewing or Canceled). This can be found by opening the subscription details via the three dots on the right side of the Data Room tile in My Virtual Vaults.
Subscription is Non-renewing
When a Data Room has a Non-renewing subscription, the Admin can reopen it within 30 days after closing the Data Room. The Data Room will be active again with the remaining term that is left. The subscription will automatically renew after the "End date" and a new invoice will be send for another term.
To reopen the Data Room:

Click Reopen Data Room
- A confirmation screen will appear and click Reopen Data Room again to confirm
The Data Room will reopen immediately.
Please note:
- All users who previously had access will regain access. They will not receive a notification.
- If you reopen the Data Room for a small action (e.g. downloading a report), make sure to close it again before the renewal date to avoid a new invoice.
Subscription is Canceled
Admins cannot reopen the Data Room themselves if the subscription is canceled. Send a request to our Customer Success team and they will reopen the Data Room for you.
By reopening a Data Room with a canceled subscription, a new subscription term will start and an invoice will be sent, based on the term length and team size of the canceled subscription.
