The General Data Room details provides the basic setup options for your Data Room. You can find these details by navigating to the Settings section on the left-hand side. Only Admins are able to change the settings of a Data Room.
- Name - Each Data Room has a unique name. This name can be changed by the Admins in case of a typo or new project name.
- Logo - By default, the Virtual Vaults logo is shown in your Data Room. The logo can be changed by uploading a new file with the desired logo.
- Side Labels - The default side labels in the Data Room are Sell side and Buy side. Depending on the project, these labels can be adjusted to fit different types of transactions or your preferences.
- About This Data Room - On the right-hand side, you can find some extra information. The storage location shows where your data is stored for backup, ensuring continuity in case of server issues or unexpected events. The storage size of the Data Room is also viewable, so you can keep track of available space.
