1. Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
The security level of your Data Room is already very high, but you can make it even higher if you wish.
The Default setting MFA is requires a second verification step for each device or browser. Reverification may happen periodically based on session activity.
The Strict setting is similar to default MFA, but with more frequent reverification and stricter security checks.

2. Document names in notification emails
Admins can determine if notification emails for new documents contain document names or not.
Show document names: Notification emails will contain a list of new documents, including names and direct links for quick review and easy access.
Hide document names: Notification emails will only show the number of new documents without revealing any document names.
3. Customer Success team access level
As an Admin, you can decide which level of access the Customer Success team has. You can choose between the following access levels:
Limited access (recommended)
The Customer Success team can access your Data Room to fully assist you or your users. They cannot access the documents and are restricted in performing specific actions.
Customer Success cannot:
- View and download documents
- Upload and move documents
- Invite new users
- Change role permission
- Combine or split role
Customer Success can:
- Create an empty folder structure
- View folder and document name
- View folder and document name
- Activate and deactivate users
- Activate and deactivate roles
- View role permissions
Full access
Customer Success can:
- View and download documents
- Upload and move document
- Invite and manage users
- Create an archive
- Close the Data Room
No access
The Customer Success team cannot access your Data Room. This means they will only be able to assist you or your users on general questions.
Customer Success cannot:
- Access the Data Room
- Create an archive
- Close the Data Room
Customer Success can:
- View the Data Room name
4. Integrations
Allow users to connect to the Data Room to approved third-party applications for document review or analysis. Connected applications act on behalf of the user and have the same content permissions. Only documents with download permissions can be accessed. Learn more about third-party integrations
