Organization Activities in Audit log
In the tab "Activities" in the Organization overview, Organization Owners can also download an Audit file with a detailed audit trail of these activities. This audit log contains the following activities:
- Subscription details (changes in billing information, Workspace subscription is upgraded, canceled or resumed)
- User management in the Organization (user is invited, removed or joined, grant and/or revoke Ownership)
- (New) project activity (Workspace created, Data Room purchased, Workspace closed, deleted or reopened)
- Organization setting changes (mandatory project identifier, Organization branding, access for colleagues)
- Template library (template is created or deleted)
How to extract the Audit file
To open and read the audit logs in a clear worksheet in which you can filter on certain columns, extract the file in a new workbook in Microsoft Excel by using the following steps:
| 1. In the new workbook, click the tab Data. |

2. Select From text/CSV. |
|

If you are not using Excel in Office 365, navigate to Data/New Query/From File/From CSV. See image right.

| 3. Search for the audit log in your Downloads. | |
| 4. Select the correct audit logs. | |
| 5. Set the Delimiter to Comma | |
|
6. Click Load. |
