Mass download using Safari
Check if the browser settings are correct before starting the Mass download. To change the setting in the Safari browser use the following steps.
| 1. Open Settings in Safari. |
| 2. In the General tab, uncheck the tick box Open "safe" files after downloading. |
| 3. Follow the steps in this article to start the Mass download. |
Opening the Mass download zip file
To open the zip file on a macOS device use the steps below.
| 1. To extract the self extracting zip file correctly, install The Unarchiver. |

2. Right mouse click on the zip file and select Get info.

|
3. Change the archiving program from Default to The Unarchiver under the tab Open with: |
|
|
4. Double-click on the archive and follow the remaining steps to extract the zip file. |
