You can download all the documents from your Data Room at once, using the Mass download feature.
You can download the entire folder structure, or download only the newest documents.
To perform a mass download of all documents, use the steps below:
| 1. Go to the Documents section and you will see the Mass download button at the top right of the screen. |
2. Click Mass download and choose if you want to download Files only or Files and folder structure. |
To download only the new documents since your last login e.g., use the steps below:
| 1. Navigate to the Documents section and click New documents in the top left of your screen. |
| 2. Set the desired filters and select all of the documents by checking the top box (see example below). |
3. Click on the Download icon and the download will immediately start in your browser. |
