If your Mass download doesn't include all documents you see in the Data Room, one of the following scenarios might apply to you.
1. You probably don't have downloading permission on all documents in the Data Room. In this case, you can contact an Admin and request the permissions.
2. Do you only see one document in the Mass Download? You are probably using a Mac. Visit this article to learn what to do in this case.
