Do you get the following message when you try to mass download documents?
One of these scenarios might apply to you:
1. You have download permissions for single documents, but the mass download feature is deactivated by an Admin. Contact an Admin for permission or submit a question in the Q&A for the feature to be turned on.
2. You have no download permissions on any document. Ask an Admin for permission.
