Permissions reports review access levels, verify who can see specific content, and identify permission gaps or inconsistencies. It is especially useful before archiving, sharing content with new groups, or conducting security reviews. Admins and Managers can download two types of Permissions reports.
Note: Admins can view the permissions of every user within the Data Room, whilst Managers (when granted the correct permission) can view their own role and the ones below them (Contributors and Guests). The report has a filter in the top row to quickly sort by document type, for example. | |
