What can a Guest do?
A Guest can be granted permissions to View online, Download secured PDF and Original Download. These permissions can be set from folder to document level. Guests can check how those permissions are set for them by downloading a Permission report.
Note: Guests only have the option to see the documents and Q&A, if they have a role in it. They cannot see other users in their group and role. Enabling Activity report for guests lets users see each other and all activities within their role.
