We recommend an authenticator app as your second verification factor when logging in. Besides your password, you'll need the authentication app for a verification code. If your password is compromised, you'll have peace of mind knowing that only you can sign in.
To set up your authenticator app you must first download and install an authenticator app. We support multiple authenticator apps. Here are a few options to get you started:
If you change your mobile device make sure you transfer the accounts you have set up in your authenticator to your new mobile device.
If you need to reset your authenticator app or set up a new one on a different device, please note that this process can only be completed by our Support team.
