There are two ways to remove questions from the Q&A:
- Draft questions can be deleted before they are submitted.
- Submitted questions can be withdrawn by a Question Submitter, provided no answer has been disclosed yet.
Delete a draft question
If a question has been drafted but not yet submitted, it can be deleted from the Q&A section.
- A Question Submitter can delete questions they drafted themselves, as well as questions assigned to them.
- A Question Drafter can only delete questions they drafted themselves. Be aware that once the question has been assigned to the Question Submitter it cannot be deleted by the Question Drafter.
To delete multiple drafted questions, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the filter "Assigned to you" and select the filter option "Me".
2. Select all the items you want to delete, by ticking the box.
3. Above the questions list, click on Delete.
Withdraw a submitted question
Once a question has been submitted, it can no longer be deleted. However, a Question Submitter can withdraw the question themselves, provided no answer has been disclosed yet.
Please note: Questions can only be withdrawn until an answer has been disclosed. Once an answer has been disclosed, the withdrawal option is no longer available.
