Question Drafters and Question Submitters can indicate whether a question has high priority. These questions might get answered by the Answer group more quickly than non-priority questions.
High‑priority questions should be used for matters that require quick attention from the sell side. This includes questions that impact deadlines, decision‑making, or next steps in the process. Marking a question as high priority helps it stand out in the Q&A and ensures urgent topics are addressed first.
How to use it:
To indicate that the question has high priority, click on the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the question dialogue and select High priority. See image below:
Q&A Tip: When you're using the Import questions template, the drop-down is next to the question field.
