Q&A Coordinators can disclose multiple answers at once. This is useful when several answers have been prepared and reviewed together (for example using the import answers template). It helps save time and ensures a consistent release of information.
Note: After an answer has been disclosed, this action cannot be reverted.
To disclose multiple answers, use the steps below:
1. Use the Q&A column Status and select the filter option "To be disclosed".
2. Tick the top check box above the items displayed to select all drafted answers.
3. Click on Disclose and if you are sure about the action, confirm by clicking on Disclose once again.
