If you need to export your Data collection to a Data Room, but you don't have an existing one for your project, you can follow the steps below to create a new one.
Please note: You can only create one Data Room using this option, so make sure everything is set up correctly. If you sent the agreement to the wrong person or need to resend it, please see this article.
| 1. Go to the Workspace dashboard. |

2. Click on Send out the Data Room contract. |

3. You can decide who pays for the new Data Room. Your Organization or a third party (the client). |
The Organization pays:
Follow these steps to create a new Data Room from your Organization:
1. Verify the billing details, optionally add a purchase order number and/or service code if applicable and then click on Confirm.
2. Click on Open a Data Room.
3. View the steps and click on Get started.
4. Select Admins for your Data Room and click on Continue.
5. Select a term and a plan:
Select your preferred term length and plan to make sure it fits your needs. Click on Continue.
6. Review the details, agree to the terms & conditions and confirm creating the Data Room by selecting Create Data Room.
Third party pays:
If a third party (the client) pays for the Data Room:
1. Select My client (or someone else) to send the order form to
2. Set up billing for your project
After filling in all the fields (legal representative name, email address, an accompanying message and currency), you can click on Send and the order form will be sent to the client.
3. When the third party has reviewed and signed the order form, you will receive an email notification about this. Any Admin in the Workspace can create the Data Room from that moment on.
4. Go the Workspace Dashboard and click on Open a Data Room.
5. View the steps and click on Get started.
6. Select Admins for your Data Room and click on Continue.
7. Select a term and a plan:
Select your preferred term length and plan to make sure it fits your needs. Click on Continue.
8. Review the details, agree to the terms & conditions and confirm creating the Data Room by selecting Create Data Room.
