Who has access to the cloud archive?
The cloud archive is only accessible for the recipient of the archive on USB. The access to the Cloud Archive Portal is only possible with the personal email address of the recipient.
Can I share the cloud archive with my colleagues?
Since the access to the cloud archive is granted on a personal level, it is not possible to share the cloud archive with your colleagues.
Does the cloud archive include a comfort letter?
Yes. The cloud archive is an exact copy of the archive on USB. Therefore it comprises of the same contents (including the comfort letter) as the USB. The recipient of the archive will be able to download the corresponding comfort letter from the Cloud Archive Portal.
How is the cloud archive protected?
The cloud archive has different levels of security.

It is only accessible via the link included in the cloud archive email.

The cloud archive is attached to one email address (and corresponding login details)

The zip file is password protected.
What is the difference between the cloud archive and the archive on USB?
The only difference between the archive is the data carrier. While the cloud version, can be accessed online, the USB archive is a physical device, which is only accessible until the device reaches the recipient. The contents from both archives are exactly the same.
Why does my archive on USB confirmation email states that after 30 days the archive will be deleted?
After 30 days, our Customer Success team won't be able to make duplicates of the files as the data is no longer accessible. The cloud archive will remain, however it will not be possible to create new archives.
Will I be notified before the deletion of my information?
No, you will not be notified. We advise you to download the information as soon as possible or set a reminder on your calendar to make sure you have all your information before it is deleted.
