Collaborate efficiently by assigning folders/files to yourself or other users.
There are four different ways to assign a user to a task in your Workspace:
| 1. Go to the Folder structure or Document list section and click on the Manage assignees icon. Type the name of the person(s) responsible for this task and click on save. |
| 2. Visit the details screen and click on the Manage assignees icon. Once again, type the name of the person(s) responsible for the task and save it. The person assigned will be visible to every user in the Workspace. |
3. By selecting the tick-box in front of a task in your data collection, you also get the option Add assignees in the top bar of your screen. After doing this, type the name of the person responsible who will be responsible for this item and save it. |
Note: Users will receive a notification email about the folder/file that has been assigned to them. When users are assigned to multiple items, they will receive one notification email for all the assignments within the hour.
