Assigning folders/files
Collaborate efficiently by assigning folders/files to yourself or other users.
Different ways to assign a user to a task in your Workspace:
1. Visit the overview screen and click on the Manage assignees icon. Type the name of the person(s) responsible for this task and click on save.

2. Visit the details screen and click on the Manage assignees icon. Once again, type the name of the person(s) responsible for the task and save it. The person assigned will be visible to every user in the Workspace.

3. By selecting the tick-box in front of a task in your data collection, you also get the option Add assignees in the top bar of your screen.

4. The last option is to click on the three dots on the right side of the item and to click on the option Manage assignees at the bottom of the list.

Note: Users will receive a notification email about the folder/file that has been assigned to them. When users are assigned to multiple items, they will receive one notification email for all the assignments within the hour.
