Redaction Assistant
Learn how to redact faster while staying in full control
Our AI-powered Redaction Assistant scans documents for sensitive data and suggests what to redact. You can easily check the suggestions and mark them for redaction or ignore.
We use responsible Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI service for processing your data securely.
Note: Redaction Assistant is currently available as a preview version, with functionality still under development. Always check the Redaction Assistant suggestions, as Virtual Vaults doesn’t guarantee their completeness or accuracy. Redaction Assistant is only available in Workspaces created after October 1, 2024.
How your information is protected
- No data retention. Once Redaction Assistant completes its task, your data is not stored in the AI model. This ensures it can’t be accessed later.
- No AI Training. Microsoft does not use your data to train AI models or improve their services. It’s processed only for your redaction request.
- Limited Access. Your data stays within Microsoft’s Azure infrastructure. Neither OpenAI nor any third party has access to it.
- Compliant with privacy laws. Azure OpenAI complies with GDPR and other privacy regulations, ensuring your data is handled according to the highest security and privacy standards.
