Personalized Q&A overview

Use the columns settings to personalize your Q&A overview

The column settings allows you to completely personalize the Q&A overview based on what information you would like to see. The order of the columns displayed can also be rearranged to your own preferences.

Use the column settings to create a clearer overview with all relevant information for you, for instance the status of the question & answer and the Q&A chat. 

1. Open the column settings by clicking on the three dots on the top-right corner of your Q&A overview and click on "Column settings".
2. After this, a dialog will open with the default settings. On the left side, there are two columns which can not be moved or disabled: the selection and the Question & Answer. All other columns can be arranged to your preferences.
3. You can edit the columns by moving them from one side to another (left or right) or by reindexing the order in one side (up and down). Depending on what you would like to see in the overview at first glance.
4. You can also disable certain columns. If you do not need to see specific details on the question & answer in your overview, you can "hide" them. You can also do this to create more space or to have simplified view.
5. After saving your changes, you can enjoy your personalized overview. If you hid certain columns, this will be displayed in the top of your screen. By clicking on it you will go to the column settings screen.
6. If you set your columns to your own preferences but want to go back to the default settings, you can easily go back and reset the order by clicking on "Reset to default settings".
