Quick intro to the Q&A

How does the Q&A flow work?

The Q&A is divided into two groups

Q&A flow
The Q&A section is active when there is at least one Q&A Admin (Answer group) and one Question Submitter (Question group) in the Vault. In case users do need to be invited, but Q&A shouldn't start yet, assign a No Q&A role to the users in the Question group.
Every Q&A starts with a question:

Every question arrives at a Q&A Admin:
  • Both Question Submitter and Question Drafter can draft a question.
  • A drafted question can only be submitted by the Question Submitter, which means the Question Drafter needs to assign the question to a Submitter.
  • The Q&A Admin can choose to draft an answer or assign it to an Answer Drafter.
  • An Answer Drafter can draft an answer and has to assign it back to the Q&A Admin.
  • The Q&A Admin is the one who decides if an answer gets disclosed or not.
