Q&A freeze
Freeze your Q&A
Vault Admins with a Q&A Admin role are able to freeze the Q&A using the "Q&A Freeze" option. They can use this option to prevent any more questions from being asked by the buy side if the maximum amount of time for the due diligence has been reached.
1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your Q&A dashboard and select the option Q&A Configuration |
2. In the next screen click on the option "Q&A freeze". There are two options to choose from: Freeze now or Schedule freeze. Freeze now
You can use the option "Freeze now" to make sure no more questions can be asked from that moment on. After clicking on "Freeze now" users will see a notification bar in their Q&A overview, informing them that the Q&A has been frozen: Schedule freeze
Use the option "Schedule freeze" to set a specific date for the Q&A to be frozen.

Keep in mind: The Q&A Freeze will apply to the entire Data Room. There is no option to set this for just one buyer group. If you want to set a restriction for just one group, please take a look at the Question Limit. |
