Roles in Q&A
What are the different roles in the Q&A?
The Q&A module is a feature that allows the potential buyers to ask questions about (missing) documents. There are several ways to setup this feature. An example of how the Q&A can function is displayed in the image below.
Answer Group
The Q&A Admin is in control of the Q&A process. The responsibility of a Q&A Admin is to disclose answers to the buyside. Q&A Admins can give an answer themselves or assign questions to Answer Drafters. After a question has been answered (and assigned back) by an Answer Drafter, it can be disclosed to the buy side by the Q&A Admin.
It is possible to have multiple Q&A Admins.
The Q&A Admin is able to see all submitted questions.

The Answer Drafter is able to draft answers. The Q&A Admin can assign questions to an Answer Drafter. After drafting an answer the Answer Drafter should assign it back to the Q&A Admin who can review and disclose the answer to the buy side.
Answer Drafters are able to see all submitted questions, as long as they have the permission to view the document the question is about.
