Choose of the methods below that best benefits your workflow:
1. Folder structure based on an information request list:
Do you have a questionnaire and you want to convert it into a folder structure? Our Customer Success team can do this for you (included with Standard, Advanced and Enterprise plan)! Send an excel sheet with all folder and subfolder names to support@virtualvaults.com.
Please keep in mind the following guidelines:
- Unique index numbers, separated by dots
- Index number in column A, folder title in column B
- Subsequent numbering
- Short folder titles
- Optionally, use column C to include each folder and subfolder's description. The description will be shown in the details pane.

2. Upload a complete folder structure with documents:
Have you gathered most or all documents in a folder structure offline? You can upload your folders at once! Visit Upload a complete folder structure to learn all you need to know to perform this action.
3. Create folder structure directly in the Data Room:
You can create a folder structure from scratch in the Data Room. Visit Add new folders and Upload new documents to learn how to perform these actions.
