Use the multi-select feature to select multiple items and avoid repetitive actions. Learn about the aspects you need to take into consideration when using multi-select, which actions you can perform and how to use it.
Aspects to take into consideration
- The multi-select tick box is only activated after you checked a box to the left of an item.
- You can now select documents across multiple folders in one go, making it easier to work with documents that live in different folders at the same time. For example, to open several documents together in the redaction tool.
- When documents from different folders are selected, the actions that affect the index (copy/paste, cut, and drag-and-drop) are disabled. These actions remain available when you select multiple documents within the same folder.
