Question Submitters can draft questions about folders and documents and submit these directly to the sell side. They have to review and submit questions that are assigned to them by Question Drafters.
- Within their own question group, Question Submitters see all drafted, submitted and answered questions if they have access to the question reference.
- Question Submitters cannot reassign questions that have been assigned to them. Either they submit the question or delete it and the Question Drafter creates a new question and assigns it to the correct Question Submitter.
- Question Submitters' names are visible to own group members and the Q&A Admins.

Q&A Admins manage the Q&A process. They will assign incoming questions amongst Answer Drafters in their team or take on the question themselves. Drafted answers from assigned questions can only be disclosed to the buyside via the Q&A Admin.
- It is possible to have multiple Q&A Admins.
- Q&A Admins can set categories for the Question group to use.
- Q&A Admins can use filters to create a workflow for dividing workload.

Answer Drafters can see all available questions to them, but they cannot pick it up, unless a Q&A Admin assigns it to them. When assigned, the Answer Drafter can formulate the answer and assign it to the Q&A Admin, who will review and disclose it.
- When a wrong Answer Drafter has been assigned to a question, that Answer Drafter can assign it to the right one.
- Answer Drafters cannot see who drafted or submitted the question from the Question group.
